Caring Staff

They have always been helpful, considerate and explain everything to where we can understand, gives advise for us to be able to make mindful decisions in the care of our pets. Puts us and our pets first & always follow up with an email. Even though they are expensive they are worth your pet having people that don't just treat you as a number but treat you and your pets with the out most importance.

Practical and great customer service

I called to address a claim that was determined to be a duplicate. I knew this call may take awhile. However, as soon as i explained my reasons to Joey, he quickly assesed the issue, confirmed with the claim people what he believes is what happened and came back to me and just said it was thier fault and he will fix it and have the claim approved and reimbursed. My call took less than 5 minutes - now thats customer service. I did not have to stay on a long hold or defend my reasons...Thank you Joey!

Raised my premium 60% after 8 years as no claim customer!

Shame on this company...I have been a customer for 8 years with no claims n when I moved from NY to Az they raised my premium 60% with garbled explanation of more expensive in AZ than NY??? No additional service just insurance company greed.

Amazing Customer Service

Our Family has been with embrace pet Insurance for five years now. We’ve had four pets insured through them and everything has always been very easy. They have always been very thorough. They’re always extremely friendly and knowledgable on the phone. We even had a pet pass away and without any questions asked they prorated the rest of the year. Submitting paperwork is super easy. No hassles, they stand up for their company. Highly recommend!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
