I have used Embrace for many years...
As I said in the title, I have used Embrace for many years and submitted many claims. Only once did I have any delay in receiving information and payment. Submitting the claims is easy. If Embrace has any questions they respond to you quickly. I have often received my payment for my claim in LESS than a week. I think that's pretty good.

Claim with ease and clear your mind.
I have been with Embrace Insurance with 2 dogs. I am very happy to be a customer. No one wants to have their animals get sick, especially when yo think about the cost. But having the insurance, you pay your bill , file your claim and within a couple of days you will hear from the staff at Embrace, telling you that your claim has been paid. My little Yorkie has had a couple big bills and I’ve been reimbursed for most of what I spent.
I highly recommend Embrace Insurance for your fur baby.

Excellent administrative assistance
Embrace team was very quick to help with getting a pre-certification that needed quick attention before a fast approaching and expensive surgery. Also good to know that our claim will be reimbursed by 80% (about $5,000)!
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
