Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I am completely satisfied with Embrace. They process claims quickly - at least thus far in my case. Any of their representatives with whom I have dealt were professional and pleasant. Have no reason to change. The first company I dealt with raised my annual premium even when I have submitted no claims - Took me only a minute to find Embrace. I like their wellness package - it encourages keeping our dog healthy instead of waiting until something serious comes along,

So far they have made the process transparent and easy.

I cannot express enough how happy I am with the prompt re-reimbursement AND the hassle free of submitting my claim and how much Embrace paid! The day of my dogs accident was the worst day of my life. I actually forgot that I even had pet insurance so when I was charged for the surgery and ICU overnight care, as much as I knew I was going to have to drain my savings I did not care because my dog was alive. When I had a chance to calm down, when my Cali was improving day by day, I then remembered I had pet insurance. Still I had no idea how easy the process was to get reimbursed and the amount was a HUGE burden off my shoulders. On Apr 14, I picked up my beautiful new puppy. We had an incredible three weeks. And then he got very, very sick; I took him to the vet, which recommended I rush him to one ER, which then recommended we rush him to another ER with emergency dialysis capabilities. My little guy was clinging to life and only through 15 days in critical care was he able to recover from suspected leptospirosis. He had been too little to get the vaccine at his first vet visit; and he was just 10 days before his second visit where he would've gotten the vaccine for it when he got sick. The cost of his treatment was over $40,000 - beyond staggering. The only reason I was able to keep my guy alive was because of Embrace. Through the entire process, they comforted me when I called, they responded quickly to the early claims I was able to send, and when I sent the final big claim, that completely used up my annual policy in just two weeks, they cut me a check for the full amount in just a couple days. Having dealt with human insurance companies all my life, I was terrified that Embrace would try to get out of having to pay somehow - after all, I'd only sent them one monthly premium before asking them to pay out my entire policy. I had absolutely nothing to fear. Embrace covered every cent that they promised and they did it with a smile. Every single person at Embrace I talked to was genuinely comforting and empathetic with the nightmare I was going through. Many told me that they are pet owners too. I have recommended Embrace to everyone I know. It's the best investment I've ever made. I wish there was more than I could do for them than write them a positive review here because I'm just so impressed with them.
