Quick Reimbursement

I had three cutaneous mast cell tumors removed from my baby girl Ali. Within two weeks of submitting my claim I had received my reimbursement, hassle free. I'd like to add that any time I have spoken with someone whether it via email or over the phone they have been professuonal and kind.

Embrace-a great pet insurance

We have been Embrace members for years. All of our animals are rescues and we felt insurance was very important. We receive explanations of our claims every time we file one. Our pets have had several very expensive surgeries throughout the years and we have always been pleased with our reimbursements. Not only that but the compassion we received from the staff when we lost a pet was amazing. It made us feel like more than just a customer. We highly recommend Embrace to our friends, relatives and veterinarians as well as strangers we meet when we take our pets in to our vet clinic.

Quick response.

All my interactions with Embrace have been great. Once the claim is made Embrace will contact you letting you know they received the claim and are working on it. Within a few days you know if the claim has been Approved. This company is also very friendly over the phone. They will always get the answers to your questions. I would and have already recommended this company to my friends and family.

The claims process is quick and easy. The staff is helpful. Embrace covers many things. I always recommend Embrace to my fellow pet parents.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
