Horrible Customer Service
They came highly recommended so I signed up with them almost a year ago
One of my dogs has allergies but they paid for one of his meds so I thought they’d cover it- Nope- was told it was a “mistake “
Constantly asking for medical records even after a recent review
Can’t reach them by phone unlesss you have nothing to do but wait on hold
They also don’t respond to emails - I have now sent 3 with no response after over a week
New renewal price has now increased (2 dog’s) from $203 - $243
Claimed an eye injury- fixed with surgery- is a pre- existing condition
I’m switching to a less expensive better coverage carrier on the renewal date
A bit worried as they’re no place online to cancel, don’t have hours to spend on hold and emailing them doesn’t work
I’ll now wait for them to apologize here
