More diagnosis choices needed
First of all, I love Embrace Pet Insurance, and I appreciate the ease of submitting a claim online without having to have a claim form filled out by the veterinary clinic and/or doctor. However, I am frustrated that the choices of diagnosis are very limited. If the actual diagnosis is not listed then the claim is submitted "no diagnosis given." I did receive a diagnosis but it was not listed! Typing in the actual diagnosis from the Vet is my only option, and yet the claim is still listed as "no diagnosis given."
