Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Our rescue cat recently became lethargic, not eating, drinking water or wanting to play. We have had her nearly a year now and she is a member of our family. We took her to the Vet to be checked out where they ram bloodwork. Within a couple of days we find that she had an infection among other issues that recently developed. She had to stay for 3 days in the hospital in which we were all sad and scared. I am happy to say that she is home now and back to eating, drinking water, playing and of course sleeping. I sent Embrace my receipts and invoices and they responded rapidly. All with explanations on everything. Thank you Embrace, you really took care of our family when we needed you!

This insurance is a life saver. Claims processing was a breeze.

Very happy with this insurance, we have had three claims for our new puppy.The claims were processed within two days and paid right away.Well worth the cost.

Another review Their canned response to unacceptable hold times is getting old No one wants to hear excuses- just find solutions The same goes for not responding to emails Yesterday I had time to wait on hold because apparently you can’t change your billing info online yourself It appears a customer can’t change their billing info themselves so I asked for help changing which I thought they had Unfortunately it wasn’t changed in time I did my research and found better coverage for less money so I’m switching BTW- sending my dogs customized gifts won’t keep my business due to rampant incompetence No surprise you’ve slipped from #1 to #4 Policy being increased almost $50 per month so now I’ll be paying almost $3000 annually

Embrace has always paid their claims promptly but recent phone calls have taken between 30 and 60 minutes to talk to a live person. This is just unacceptable. I would be ok if they would simply call me back but having to listen to the same jingle for 30 to 60 minutes is not a pleasant experience
