Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

The plan has worked as advertised. Deductible was partially met over a few minor episodes. An infected cyst, probably dermoid cyst, required excision and antibiotics. Claim was submitted and processed expeditiously. Rest of deductible and copay deducted and a check issued. Process was very easy to submit and essentially hassle free. We will be signing up our new puppy.

You are always very prompt with the claims I send in. I never have a problem with any claim. Great teamwork! I can track the progress but I don’t usually as you are so efficient.

They don’t cover anything in reference to French Bulldogs had the insurance since my puppies were 6 weeks the oldest is now 11months and Embrace has not reimbursed me for not 1 vet bill I have submitted. Had I saved the $159 I paid them for 11mo I would have more $ in my pocket than the actual vet bills cost in total. They say they cover everything to get u to purchase until u have to submit a claim and they do everything in their power to deny you. How does a 4 month old puppy have a chronic condition!!? Most vets don’t even diagnose allergies until 1yrs old. But b/c the ER vet wrote in the soap notes my Frenchie will need to be re-evaluated at 1 yr for a nasal condition that is known for short nose breeds they refused to pay?!?. What am I paying insurance for if the insurance refuses to pay anything. All these good reviews must be about the customer service to get your $$ b/c after that you on your own!! Save your $$ yourself for vet emergencies b/c Embrace is a SCAM!!!

I don’t have any problems encountered during the time my policy is active. No complaints. And I am very happy with the services and with Embrace. The only reason why I canceled my pet insurance is it was included on my new personal insurance. Overall Embrace is highly recommended.

Unfortunately, we had to discover Embrace’s stellar service through our Silky Terrier being mauled by a pit bull. Embrace made a traumatic situation much less taxing through their swift and efficient response to settling our claims. We were very impressed with their professionalism and empathy shown throughout the process. I strongly recommend them for all pet insurance needs.
