Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I am comfortable with Embrace. Less worry about $. Many thanks to Embrace. My dog had TLP surgery for both knee in 2020 and 2022. She is happy dog. She was no longer crying.

I love Embrace for so many reasons. Primarily it's the coverage - they have covered almost every invoice I have submitted, and when they decline an expense, I understand why. There is always someone willing to explain and listen. But! There's also the Paw Desk, a 24-hour resource for anxiety-ridden pet parents who need immediate guidance on medical issues. The staffers have helped me so many times, and they have definitely helped my dog - he has escaped multiple trips to the Dog ER because I am a dogochondriac. He's only gone when it's necessary. Finally, I love Embrace because they sent a "get well" e-card after I submitted a series of invoices related to an eye injury. Nothing but praise!

Terrible lag time yo pay claims. I submitted my claim early this month, and they haven’t paid me anything. My vet bill was for my dogs skin allergies. I also had to wait on hold for 45 minutes!!!! Absurd, do NOT waste your money on this insurance.

Absolutely one of the best companies I have worked with I recommend them all of the time. Very professional yet compassionate at the same time.

We have had pets in the past where they had health problems that had cost us a lot of money, but since we love our pets we had the procedures done. We also had times where we had to really think is the cost worth treating the pet due to age or some other issue. Now with pet insurance we do not have to think about cost as an issue, just is the treatment the best thing for our dogs. It is a relief in making decisions. Embrace has been great in approvals when we have used it.
