Frustrating

Don’t waste your time with this company. They are extremely frustrating to deal with when processing a claim. Reached out to my vet 3 times to send additional information and they still will not process my claim. Spoke with customer service, he was extremely nice, and seemed helpful at the time. A week later they still will not process the claim. I should have known pet insurance is just a big scam.

Best Pet Insurance Ever

I always recommend Embrace insurance to pet owners. My friend was here the day I was submitting some claim documents, a week later I told her the claim was paid and she was shocked. I have never had a problem getting my claims paid. For the first 2 1/2 years of his life my Great Dane Cupcake was healthy and I had no reason to use the insurance. For these past five years he has been sick long term and Embrace has paid all his bills. Thank God, I could have never afforded those bills on my own. Thank You Embrace

Excellent customer service and coverage!

My puppy Zoey has been on Embrace pet insurance for the past 3ish months now and we couldn’t be happier! They cover just about everything we need, and every time I’ve called an Embracer with questions or concerns they have been answered and fulfilled perfectly. For anyone bringing home a new puppy or any pet, Embrace has the best coverage and seems to have the most flexible plans out there!

Had my back

I have been very happy with Embrace pet insurance. I shopped a lot for a policy and felt most satisfied with Embrace. Since my cat has been insured with Embrace they have been most accommodating, have great customer service, and have honored their claims promptly.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
