Mainly the wellness coverage was useful, but if your pet had any preexisting conditions, it will be used against you for everything else. So if your pet was itchy, consider any other skin issue anywhere else on their body to NOT be covered. Even if is different.
For example, if your pet has skin allergies, and they end up with a bump on their foot, you WILL BE DECLINED COVERAGE.
They also had a claim open for 5 months and no one followed up on it, until I had to ask. *Please note how their response failed to address this wait time.
This prompted me to close my account with them.
I’m uncertain why Embrace is requesting for me to contact them any further. I am aware of the policy. They did not make any considerations, or note the possibility of a temporary diagnosis. If you have to wait 6-12 months for coverage, then it is clear that they will not cover your pet.
I do NOT recommend Embrace. Please learn from my experience and read other reviews about Embrace that state they will DENY coverage.
