No answer to my email is NOT GOOD …
We are new customers so my review entails communication, etc. versus a claim.
I sent an email that is now a week old and I have had no response so thus far I am displeased and this does not bode well for future interactions/claims. I called hoping for clarification and was told that my inquiry was basically unnecessary because the company normally takes care of contacting the Vet, etc. That’s great except that I received the email requesting the forms, etc. If, in fact, I don’t have to submythese forms it should have been clearly stated in the email. Sloppy? I’m not sure yet, hopefully, it’s just poor communication.
