Embrace had been excellent for the time I’ve had them. Covered just about all of my claims and they responded quickly any time I had a question.

Pretty efficient way to file claim for services promised under insurance contract. Very simple from smart phone.

I had four pets covered by Embrace. They never approved a claim for any of them. My vet noted some tartar on my rescue dogs teeth and I got a letter stating that until I had the dog anesthetized and had the tartar removed under anesthesia no "related" dental problems would be covered. Even the vet was not recommending such a dangerous intervention so why was the insurance company creating such a barrier? It seemed cold and about money to me. This was just one of the many times I felt exploited by the company for my desire to protect my animals' health. In my case, they seemed oriented primarily to deny current claims and protect themselves against future claims. I cancelled the policy. I recommend you look elsewhere for your pets.

Awful - I’d give them no stars if I could. Cancelled policy and demanding my money back.
