Good experience -

The entire process of filing a claim through the payment of the claim was very simple. I certainly wish all insurance entities were as good as Embrace. Keep up the good work.

23% increase after 1 year

23% increase after 1 year, without any history of taking the pet to the vet doesn’t sound reasonable! Inflation causing vet fee increase and pet age being cited as a reason! The increase beats the inflation impact on insurance in any other space, especially humans! Got blurbed when contested and the same blurb is used in one of the responses below when another customer called the same issue! I’m sure I’m going to get the same blurb below this feedback 😊 I wish I had read the comments before taking embrace!

The worst pet insurance

The worst pet insurance! They denied coverage of an issue that was diagnosed 6 months after starting the policy. Even after my vet wrote a note stating that their reason for denying the claim was not pre-existing, they said they would appeal within 15 days and then never updated or paid the claims. I wish I had used literally any other pet insurance because now these issues are pre-existing.

USAA made the right choice partnering…

USAA made the right choice partnering up with Embrace. I have Frenchies and they are my world and there’s no way I’d choose another pet insurance company. Embrace’s enrollment, claims, and reimbursement processes are best in class and their premiums are the best in the sector. My average reimbursement is processed and in my account with 2-3 business days. Not even auto or healthcare does this this fast! I trust Embrace with my ESAs and always will! Plus their customer service and claims team support are the nicest and most efficient professionals I know. I’ll be with Embrace for life.
