The service here is amazing i have 2…
The service here is amazing i have 2 fur babies and ive had Embrace insurance to cover them both. We got a new Fur Baby last year in June and without insurance there is no way we could of covered the cost the fur baby had ear infections and the cost of that and just the requirement for her to get all her shots was costly but thanks to Embrace it was all covered, Just the wellness alone it’s worth it and more. We are spoiled Kaiya & Kayla have Grooming’s every month then I get back the money I paid, its like Embrace is paying me regardless i love embrace,and the employees are outstanding they are personal and knowledgeable and willing to help whenever. Thanks Embrace the Jones family love you❤️❤️

Great Service
We had to take our lab to the emergency vet and to say the least it wasn’t cheap but once I submitted my claim to Embrace, it was processed expeditiously. We had our reimbursement in our account in no time. Thank you Embrace!

You made a false diagnosis stating she…
You made a false diagnosis stating she has corona virus. She was never diagnosed with corona virus. You made this false diagnosis in order to avoid covering her. This is fraudulent claims by embrace. When I tried to cancel the lady who was canceling my plan Amy was condescending and defensive. Gas lighting me and insisting it was correct and based on my pets paperwork. I have that exact same paperwork in hand. It never once said she had corona virus. Insane
EDIT The company responded to my review and gaslighted me again. I literally spoke with my cats vet and looked at the notes and both denied ever mentioning coronavirus. DO NOT DEAL with this shady company. They obviously are defensive and cannot take accountability.

Emergency visit
We had an emergency call to the veterinarian and some tests were run. When encountered the emergency visit fee and then the fees for testing. I submitted the claim that evening and got a wonderful answer the next day.
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
