Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Submitted a claim for an emergency my dog had involving a bite from another dog. Claim was held up for over a month due to a completely unrelated matter from a year ago. I understand the need to perform due diligence, but the hold up with this claim was completely unnecessary.

I wasnt sure about Pet Insurance companies because I had read some very bad reviews of what is out there. My car insurance company GEICO had them as their insurance provider for Pets and I thought Id give them a call. I had a great salesperson who took the time to answer all my questions. I decided to enroll my boy. I have had zero issues with Embrace. Claims are settled on time and My dog got quite ill on 6/1/24 with a sudden onset of vomiting and although we are extremely careful with what he eats, we had to rule out every possibility of why this was happening. Thank God for Embrace. They gave us peace of mind!!!!! I highly recommend them to anyone seeking an insurance company for their Pet.

Overall, the refund process is prompt and satisfactory. Additionally, it wad great to share the status sending email notifications. I definitely recommend Embrace and already did to my friend.

Pointless scam. Took so much time just for Embrace to tell me that my dog has a pre-existing condition based on the fact he has had Kennel Cough 2 times in 12 months. That's like saying a person can't get 2 different strains of the flu or 2 separate instances of a respiratory infection in a year.

Great company to work with. Fair, clear and efficient.
