Unhelpful and Untimely
I have received conflicting information from Embrace all year long on what is needed to process my claims. Literally, this has been going back and forth for eleven months. After providing the documents requested, my claims are still placed on hold due to "insufficient information". When I call back, they have more documents that they are "unable to obtain" from our vet. However, when I call my vet for said documents they are efficient and agreeable in getting me what I need. I asked one of their support people if they ever tried calling our vet instead of sending automated emails and she said "only after multiple failed attempts or if the customer asks us to"..... Seems like their end goal is to let all of your claims time-out so you can't get reimbursed. I've cancelled my policy and I'm switching to Trupanion like my vet initially recommended.
