Miss

I think the ease of submitting claims is very helpful to clients. I always buy insurance and then struggle to submit. The people who I have spoken to are also very nice and professional.

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS!!

I have been a member of ASPCA since my dog was 8 weeks old, paying $35/month for premium services. He is now 3.5 years old. I have been on autopay and for some reason it didn’t go through for 3 months. I was not contacted in any way and my policy was cancelled. During that time, my dog got very sick and required an MRI and almost died. I went to put my claim in and found that he was no longer covered. I called ASPCA to find out what happened, and they were horrible to deal with. I work at a high end, emergency vet clinic as a Veterinary technician. We refer hundreds of clients to use ASPCA pet insurance. After this incident, we pulled the brochures, and no longer refer anyone to this horrible uncaring company who just wants your money. THEY DO NOT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT YOUR PETS. I would give zero stars if it would let me.

The Best No Hassle Pet Insurance

I’ve had another brand of pet insurance in the past & it was a headache to deal with. My experience with ASPCA Pet Insurance over the last 11 months has been absolutely great. They actually do what they advertise & pay your claims. Using their app is quick & easy to submit a claim. Most claims are paid within 2 weeks. Our one large claim for close to $4,000. took a month, that is because it was a large amount and needed more review. I’m extremely pleased with this plan & would recommend it to everyone. Customer service reps are always polite and friendly when calling in with questions.
