Our family has been going to Sunset Canyon for over 25 years. They are the most incredible vet clinic and have the most incredible medical team. You can’t go wrong with any vet there. Staff are all incredible as well. They are compassionate, informative and willing to go above and beyond to take care of your sweet fur babies. Dr. West is amazing and saved my basset hounds life from hemangiosarcoma which is a blood cancer. As bad as Bella had it she was only expected to be around for months afterwards, and Bella lived another five years.From greater Swiss Mountain dogs to basset hounds and the cats, We’ve been through all types of injuries, surgeries, porcupines, skunks, pigs, and everything else with our dogs over the years. I will forever be grateful for all the amazing treatment they have given to all of our animals. I will never take my animals anywhere else. I highly highly recommend them!!! Here are some pictures of just a handful of the incredible animals that we have had.

Honestly I had a great experience at this vet. Dr. Gary was wonderful. My dog doesn’t trust men very easily but he warmed up quickly. The front desk staff were polite and seemed to be having fun which it’s important in a stressful job. The lobby was gorgeous log-cabin style and they played movies to entertain the dogs. 10/10 will return and recommend.

Dr. Porti is the BEST!!! I’ve never had a veterinarian that takes so much time with my fur babies. Dr. Porti has been able to give me information about my fur babies that no one has ever said! All the knowledge he has gives me a sense of comfort. I have never found a better veterinarian! ❤️

From the moment we walked in the door to check in and to the entry to the exam room, each person was so welcoming and kind. Love Dr West; she takes the time to listen and visit with us to talk about the matters at hand with our fur baby. They are so professional!

I have used this vet for my ponies and dogs for at least 15 years. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences always! In the past 2 months, my frenchie with bad skin has seen two new vets and both of them have been absolutely fantastic!! 👏👏👏👏
