Wonderful experience at Parkdale Animal Hospital. When we first walked in, Tejha was very kind and got us into our treatment room right away. She let us know Dr. Forbes may be a few minutes behind as she was with another pet at the time and we super appreciated the transparency. My cat is very shy and was very scared but Dr. Forbes was phenomenal with her. Dr. Forbes answered all our questions and took her time explaining everything to us so we can better understand how to help our cat and make sure she stays healthy. Truly a wonderful team here. I have been a Pet Parent going to Parkdale Animal Hospital for quite a number of years, and I will be going there for quite a number more. These Doctors and Technicians really care about the animals that are brought in to them, for all the various reasons. Whether brought in as very young or very old---there is a knowledge and expertise that is incomparable. I personally have my experiences with my cat and dog. When brought in for their yearly exams, or just to pick up food, the ladies at the front desk are always so friendly and helpful. When doing the exam, the Doctor explains things he is doing and gladly takes the time to answer any questions. They are also very aware that this can be a very stressful time for the Pet Parents, depending on the circumstances of the visit. At these times there is a care and compassion equal to non. I would, and will recommend Parkdale Animal Hospital to anyone who asks---yes they are that good. Janice Kenesky

Everyone made my partner and I feel at ease. We were given transparency throughout the entire process of getting a quick appointment and she had no issues checking our cat in within hours of hanging up the phone. There was also clear direction/advice with the steps moving forward. Everything was smooth as there's a clear emphasis on compassionate care here.

I LOVE THE PARKDALE TEAM. I have been a very nervous and needy first time dog mom. For the past 4+ years, the amazing team at Parkdale have continually been the most lovely and understanding and helpful humans. They truly love my dog and don’t ever pressure or push me to do treatments / medication that is not necessary just for the extra $. They are honest and regularly go above and beyond. Cannot recommend enough!

We've been going to Parkdale Animal Hospital for 4 years and they have always been phenomenal. They treat us and our pet with such care and kindness, you can truly tell that everyone there loves what they do. Even when we moved we still take the longer drive to make sure to continue the high quality of care that we receive from Parkdale. Great place, highly recommend!
