I would trust Dr. Cox with my own health, let alone my cats. She's patient, understanding, and provides information in a way that is understandable to us (me and my wife) as pet owners. My cats like her a lot, and so do we! One of the better vets in the GTA, if not the best.

We are so grateful to the staff at Smith Veterinary Hospital. When our brand new puppy, Pepper, was displaying some concerning symptoms the incredible staff gave us an appointment within 15 minutes of us calling, listened to our concerns, and acted quickly. Our puppy is recovering well and we couldn’t have been more thrilled with the service provided. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area.

Honestly, every single staff member is the greatest caregiver! We are particularly grateful for Dr. Waugh’s awesomeness. She provides the most thorough, reasonable, and continuous care and genuinely adores your fur baby like they are her own. We are lucky to have been referred to this vet hospital by a colleague years ago and we would never dream of going anywhere else. Thank you Smith Vet staff, for all you do!

I am coming to this clinic since 2020. Today ( 11/08/2024) , my dog Daisy visited by Dr. Melodi Cheung, a young, active and knowledgeable doctor with a great smile and empathy for patients. She checked every corner of my dog and I love it and thanks to Dr. Melodi Cheung.
