Made totally at ease by the staff,was very confident that my pet was in good hands. It was an emergency appointment and I was very pleased that they managed to see us within an hour of my calling and explaining the situation. They did everything possible to keep my pet comfortable and not stress her out. She went for surgery the next morning,and I only wish that I could get such care if I was I'll and had to get surgery. The people at Colborne Veterinary Clinic at #1 in our books.

Colborne staff from front desk to Vet made us and our dog Sammy feel welcomed and comfortable. They explained everything to us and made sure we understood procedures and pricing. Most important we saw how the staff interacted with Sammy and made his visit comfortable for him was truly a great experience. I would recommend Colborne to all pet owners.

The staff are so friendly and caring. I've never felt uncomfortable bringing my pets to this vet or their affiliates. I've also never felt pressured into buying something for my pets that I didn't feel was necessary (upselling). Great place!

We had a great experience, everyone seemed very good with our pup; very gentle and caring. We didn’t feel rushed and were able to ask all the questions we had. I’m happy we found a vet we like!

The kind staff at Colborne Veterinary Clinic were fantastic. They did a wonderful job treating my precious chihuahua. We appreciated their genuine concern by calling us everyday to check up on his progress. Thankfully he recovered from his illness. Thanks again ❤️
