What a joke of a vet. After using this vet for a year we finally decided enough was enough. First, they made our dog bleed when administering shots. Second, they didn’t give him a rabies shot during a scheduled appointment and made us coming back at a later date to get the shot done again and tried to charge us another check up fee. Third we called them twice in once day after our dog was vomiting. They didn’t pick up the phone during regular business hours (1:30 pm on a Tuesday) and didn’t return our call. Now as we’ve moved to a new vet we found out that they didn’t properly give him his DHPP vaccines, which means we paid for the shots three times but now have to start the process from scratch. Thanks to this joke of a bunch for nothing.

We recently moved to the area from GTA. So far we're thoroughly impressed by the professional and caring staff, knowledgeable doctors, and affordable prices - makes us miss our previous doctor less knowing that we're in good hands! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new vet!!!

My cat had to have her hind leg amputated. I was an absolute mess taking her in but the staff were very empathetic and did everything they could to console me and reassure me that my cat would be well taken care of. They were wonderful with her and I'm happy to report that she has made a full recovery and is in excellent health. I highly recommend this animal hospital
