Whether a typical annual, a consultation or an intense emergency visit, you will always be treated with kindness and genuine care, not only for your pet but for everyone in the family. The Vets are honest, if your pet needs specialty care they will walk you through what your pet could use versus what your pet Needs. From the day I brought my cat home to the day we had to say goodbye, the team at Sixteen Mile were there every step of the way to ensure he lived the fullest life we could make of it.

Dr. Gibbs and the kind vet techs at Sixteen Mile are just wonderful. Our senior dog went to this clinic for several months for acupuncture. The team always treated our 12-year-old yellow lab with so much love and care and were accommodating to his needs as he had some noise phobias. We are so grateful to Dr. Gibbs for supporting us during our dog’s last days as he was diagnosed with terminal cancer and had a poor prognosis. They made sure to call and check in on us regularly as we planned for his last days and were comforting and supportive. We highly recommend this clinic to anyone who requires doctors who are gentle, thorough and open to alternative treatment options for beloved furry companions.

If I could double this I would. What an amazing experience at Sixteen Mile Vet, Diana and her team really went out of their way for our two dogs who we've exported back to Australia. the process is exhausting and expensive and Diana and the team managed everything so professionally, communication was excellent. I can not recommend these guys enough. You tell they really care about their patients and I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks again, you really made a stressful situation manageable.

They just saved my doggy today, I'm so grateful. He got stuck in metal handle of his crate, with one side of it in his mouth and the rest around his neck. The veterinarians are amazing, they released my Buddy and examined him for injury. Very professional and kind. Highly recommend.

Very nice & caring people but my three star rating is because they are VERY expensive! I've compared prices with three other vets. All the other three are reasonable and comparable and Sixteen Mile Vet is 4 times more expensive! That's a big difference. Response to Response from the Owner. I appreciate that you provide such professional services but it really differs not from any other veterinary office. Your "apples are not always apples!" comment implies that your services are superior. I'm sorry, but there is no differences, that I've witnessed, that warrants charging almost quadruple what other veterinary offices do. Again. You are nice people provide professional, caring services but I just don't feel your much higher prices are justified. It's my honest review. I'm saving a lot of money by going elsewhere, and I'm receiving the same quality service.
