The care you receive at Pine Vally Animal Hospital is exceptional. They always go above and beyond to make sure you and your pet feel cared for. They have helped us through the passing of several beloved family members and are great with our large mastiff. We recently got a new kitten and Dr. Yelen made time to see him when he came down with an emergency respiratory infection despite such short notice. Thank you so much, our family appreciates your care and we love your office pups! We look forward to many years together

Dr Yelen and staff are very knowledgeable, kind and considerate. Our cat Elsa is back to "better than new" after she developed a skin issue. Dr Yelen recommended she also lose some weight and an excellent cat food brand, to help accomplish this. She has lost weight now and seems very happy and super content. I highly recommend this Clinic.

Dr. Yelen and the entire staff at PVAC are the best of the best. Hands down the best we have ever dealt with. Dr. Yelen is so passionate and invested in his patients, I truly can't say enough. From personal emails providing information, to after-hours follow up calls to check in and see how treatment is going - the level of personal service goes way above and beyond expectation. If you want to feel like a person and not an invoice, if you want to feel like your pet (kitty in our case) is being cared for the way you would care for them, look no further!!

My family and I have been clients of Pine Valley for years and we have always been extremely satisfied with the service we get from Dr. Yelen and his team!
