How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Byron Animal Clinic
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

This clinic and staff are amazing. They have been caring for my pets for years. They are kind, compassionate and go above and beyond. If you are looking for a new clinic, look no further.

It was the most horrible experience of my life. They were rude. Insulted me and my dog. And tried to force us to add more things to our price. When i declined. They were more disrespectful. The lady with the short hair needs manners. She needs to go back to school. She is not friendly and only thinks of what she can add to ur charge. Do they think before they speak. Dogs and cats are smart and know what they are saying. U need to be more welcoming and friendly and not speak down to ur patients. Get better vets who know how to treat animals and there owners right. Everyone is rude at this place. What happened. A couple years back it was friendly and they knew what they were doing. So whoever owns the place get it fixed. Or u r going to loose alot from the group. They have no people skills. They owe everyone they disrespected an apology. We love our pets. Calling us idiots is inappropriate. Having us and our pets feeling depressed. Either fix it or maybe alot of us should do a lawsuit for doing damage to our pets and us. Vets need a heart not destroy the person and their pet. Now please fix the problem. None of the employees their are nice. All arrogant and rude.

Be careful with this place. The good reviews here are from a few years ago, and my experience bringing our new puppy here was very negative. After reading the recent reviews, it seems that this is a common experience. The vet acted like she didn't want to be there, took no time to say hello to us or our puppy, then got frustrated when our puppy was scared of her. She then gave him his vaccines with a shaky hand, causing unnecessary pain. She asked, "Any questions?" and then hurried out as if we were wasting her time. Considering all the new, modern clinics around London, I see no reason for anyone to come here.

This was our first experience at Byron Animal Clinic and it was awful. The staff were unfriendly, rude, condescending and not compassionate at all. As a nurse myself I was extremely disappointed in the level of care provided by this clinic. We will not support this clinic and will not be returning. There are many other amazing, caring veterinarians in the city that are far more compassionate and knowledgeable.

We have been apart of Byron Animal Clinic for many, many years and always receive amazing care. As I was growing up, we brought our family animals here and now that I have pets of my own it was of no question to bring them to BAC. Dr Will and the staff always go above and beyond to provide professional care and always take the time to answer all my questions. They have occasionally had to squeeze us in for a last minute appointment and even follow up with us after to see how our lil guy is doing. I cannot thank Byron Animal Clinic enough for caring for Ozzy and Sharon like their own pets and being a place we can trust with our animals. Highly recommend!
