The staff that answers the phone is completely not professional... There is no description of what kind of services they provide until digging further. I called and was laughed at because," they don't do small animals and I must have them confused with somewhere else". If I did have a large animal I definitely would not use the Victoria Veterinary Service.

Very happy with the care my horse received in an emergency. Victoria Veterinary Services is not my regular vet but they responded promptly and provided great care to my mare putting my mind at ease and her health first.
