Notes on pets files not told to pet owner. Vet never looked into pets mouth during $60 or $120 exams. $500 for two trips to trim claws and antibiotics. My cat died because the people I paid to tell me what I needed to do didn't tell me to do anything about him. Or that he might have a genetic disease that's untreatable. Nothing... My little monster is gone and I probably could have been more prepared if this vet did more than just take money and do some grooming. They should at least look inside the mouth, not just at the front of the teeth.

We brought our cat here today unsure what was going on. It turns out he had a blocked bladder. Not at all what we expected but the staff were all absolutely amazing. From booking the appointment to the intake to the consultation they were so fabulous. The vet Dr Mina gave me some options based on the time of day, the staff called ahead to the emergency vet to ensure they could see us. I was obviously upset with the news and the staff were so compassionate. We will definitely be making this our regular vet

I'm very happy with my experience at GRAH. I switched here after receiving sub-par care at another vet clinic and I couldn't be happier. Vet techs are always knowledgeable and friendly to work with. I have seen Dr Mina and Dr Waqas on two separate occasions who have listened to my concerns and provide me with options on care. I recently came in for a dental cleaning, and they updated me regularly on the process. I could not recommend this clinic more, thank you!

I started coming here a few years ago, and have had nothing but positive experiences. I've had my kitties seen by both vets, but I really like Dr.Minah- his gentle disposition and compassion for animals is exceptional. He creates a comfortable atmosphere that puts you at ease. I find all the staff members are always composed & professional. When my elderly cat fell ill back in January, and had to be euthanized last minute, I called them that evening and they took us in immediately, with the owner coming back in from home in his pajamas to help us. We were inconsolable at that horrible, difficult time, but the staff made it as seamless as possible, and their professionalism was exceptional. I cannot thank them enough for this, and cannot say enough good things about that whole experience. I will absolutely continue to bring my other two kitties there, as they have received nothing but exceptional care. I highly recommend Gardiners Road Animal Hospital, you will not be disappointed!

Great place and great pricing. The staff was very friendly and so was the vet. Extremely accommodating to the animals during appointments to ensure they get the treatment they need (even the scaredy cats lol). Highly recommend.
