I have been with the Barriefield Animal Hospital since 2005, before they moved into their newly-built hospital building, and feel most fortunate to have found them when I moved here. As well as the high level of expertise possessed by the vets and techs, the entire team is always friendly, helpful and efficient. Most importantly, they all treat my cat - and myself - with sensitivity, affection and compassion.

Barriefield Animal Hospital is an amazing place to bring your pets. The staff are kind and gentle with you loved fur baby. They do numerous follow up to ensure their health and care especially after an appt. They care and remember the name of every pup that enters that place. They make you feel at home. Isabelle and Dr. Clark were wonderful to deal with, they answered all of my questions and more about our puppy. It was an excellent experience for my puppy and myself. Looking forward to our next visit!

After moving to the area I called BFAH wondering if they were accepting new patients and they were. They took on all 3 of our animals ( 2 dogs and a cat at the time) we rescued another kitten and when I called they were more than happy to add her to our file. Our 2 dogs and older cat have thankfully only had to go in for their annual appointments. On the other had our kitten recently gave down with some sort of issue. When I called BFAH with my concerns about her they got her in same day. They made sure our questions were answers and our concerns were heard. Their staff has been so kind and caring with our animals. We are very happy with the care we have received from BFAH.
