I cannot describe how great my experience at King animal hospital was with Dr. Castillo today. The neurology team truly made me feel so welcomed. He took time to discuss all my options with my 11 year old Newf. He took into account my financial limitations and calmly explained everything. He ensured to book a follow up so oskars care can be tracked and planned out for his comfort and success. I cannot recommend this facility enough. Thank you to the whole team. 🩷

I'm so impressed by the amazing service provided by everyone at your clinic. The clinic was spotless and had every amenity you could dream of. The treatment plan before and after was well thought out and even provided us with a video of changing my horses bandage. Wow, what veterinary clinic! Special thanks to Dr. Cote who went above and beyond the call of duty for us. Thank you Daniella and Rob for this beautiful clinic 🐴🥕

From the moment we called in the morning, to the minute we left in the evening, we felt very cared for! The staff treated us with dignity, humility, and kindness and we appreciate them so much for that. There are also refreshments (coffee, tea, and filtered drinking water) that are available, which was nice to access while we waited a very long time for our cat to come out of her procedure. We are never going to a different emergency vet again after this - these guys are the real deal!

Beautiful facility! I brought Leo to see Dr Rowland for a rehab assessment as he had previous fractures in his back legs and had started limping. He really put my mind at ease and gave me a plan going forward. I went in so anxious about what could be wrong but the thorough explanations from the Dr really relieved some of my stress. I hope he doesn't have to go back but I know he will be in good hands if he does!
