I had my special girl at the vet's. They took very good care of her. They explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. The vet I had really cared about my cat and her well-being.

It feels wrong giving 5 starts to a place that puts down animals but he we are..... It was her time to go, she had a great life and I'm sure kitty heaven will be good to her.

I strongly suggest to go elsewhere. For many reasons I tried to resolve my questions and concerns and completed a questionnaire that indicated I was strongly disappointed. The manager will patronize you and tell you they don't trust you and call your regular vet to say they don't want you as their client. Be aware the test they run may come back inconclusive and they don't tell you that you may have to have further testing done. Your pet will not be a priority in there hospital and be prepared to spend thousands of dollars for terrible treatment. There are much better specialized Vets, elsewhere.

Too pricey for everything. Delayed treatment for a UTI, which contributed to my dog's death. When he was going into DKA, gave me an appetite stimulant, a poor response, when he needed more urgent care. He died the next day. I have chosen another vet for my other dogs' care.

Great veterinary specialty clinic. Dr Rutland and the staff are amazing. Took great care in addressing my dogs health issue, and took time in explaining everything. Also they provided a complete report on the condition for my vet and myself. I totally recommend this clinic.
