The staff here are great. Super friendly, and upfront about the costs associated with the care. I like that they recommend multiple different options and show you the price associated with each before you choose what to do. The care my elderly dog received at our most recent visit was excellent. They had her blood work and urinalysis done within 30 minutes. The results were thoroughly explained to me and the staff were gentle and kind with my old gal.

Dr. Singh and the entire team at Riverside are always so compassionate, honest, and kind to all of our kitties we have brought in! Any ailments and treatments are explained in a way that is easy to understand, yet detailed enough to truly understand what is going on with your pet. Treatments and supplements, though recommended, are never forced upon you as a customer, which is very appreciated! Prices are reasonable and justified.
