How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Rexdale Animal Hospital
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

These vets saved my cats life. She had still born babies and needed them to be removed. It wasn't cheap but it was worth it. They did such a great job. Sid and I will forever be thankful ❤️

This clinic has been absolutely amazing! everyone there is super kind, understanding and empathetic. Lenny, our 17 year old cat was under critical condition so they've aided us with the euthanization process and they've been nothing but compassionate and helpful through out our proccess! It was devastating to see our life long best friend go, but this was the best option we had for him and now he's truely at peace which makes me very glad! Just wanted to say Thank you again guys! you guys are very sweet and deserve everything in this world! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Rest easy Lenny! 🖤🤍🖤

I love this clinic. They’re my go to for both my babies. Even though I live downtown and the drive can be a bit stressful I wouldn’t change them. My babies happy and super healthy. I feel they do care about my cats and what what’s best for them and prices are VERY reasonable. My eldest has had a watery eye for the past years and it is getting better with their treatment. Plus they do answer all of my questions (many) (no, like really, many).

Can't recommend a better place for your pet. We moved to Bowmanville but still come back all the way to Rexdale clinic for my furr baby's clinic.

Everybody in this clinic is very nice ,friendly, and considerate! You can feel that they care for your furbabies and pets. They go through the steps and ask if you have any questions and if you do they take their time to answer and explain everything. Had my puppy spayed today and I was happy and relieved to know she was in good hands. Their pricing is also very decent. I highly recommend this vet clinic.
