Great vet. We couldn't get into our regular vet for a "somewhat" emergency. Rathburn animal clinic got us in within 3 hours of calling. It wasn't over booked, no waiting past our appt time. Clean & nice environment. We got some tests done, medication etc. It went really smooth, vet was nice, receptionist was nice. 5/5 would recommend. Id even consider using them as my new vet. Dr. Roncal and all the vet staff are absolutely incredible. All the staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting have been incredibly kind and helpful. During annual checkups Dr. Roncal has always been very professional and straightforward which I greatly appreciate. A month or so ago my cat stopped eating and became extremely lethargic. The staff was very accommodating and helped get her in and get the problem sorted out. She had two teeth pulled and for everything involved the price was completely reasonable. My sweet Scarf is an angel at home but she turns into an absolute menace at the vet. I am amazed by how well the staff treats her despite her demonic behaviour. I cannot express my thanks enough for everything they do. I know my cat hates the vet but when I need to bring her somewhere, I am very glad it’s the Rathburn Animal Clinic!

Dr Nancy and her team have taken care of our boy Taz for the past 5 years. From annual checkups and immunization to emergency visits. They are always available and accommodating. The latest incident left our boy with quite a cut and with Dr Nancy’s expertise we were given the necessary instructions for taking care of his wound and are now fully healed without a single sign of what had happened. Thank you as always to your team for working with our schedule to book our appointments and making sure Taz is always comfortable in your care. Let’s hope our next visit is a planned visit.
