Prince Edward Animal Clinic

Thank you to Dr Turner and the staff at Prince Edward Animal Clinic, although thank you doesn’t describe my gratitude. I recently had to put down my rescue dog Paco, who when nervous showed signs of extreme aggression. I was referred to this clinic and trusted my friend. When booking the appointment I informed them of how reactionary he might become. I was deeply worried about the appointment because I didn’t want my dog to be in distress in his final moments. The staff made sure everything was extremely comfortable, relaxed and at my dogs pace. I was able to bring in my dogs personal bed and let him rest and spend as much time with him as needed in the treatment room. There was absolutely no rush or sense of urgency. He was so comfortable that he even let the doctor and assistant pet him. To know he was comfortable and was not stressed as I said goodbye is not something you can put a price on. Thank you so much for completely eliminating a factor of this process I was worried about. You are all sincerely excellent at everything your job encompasses and it is appreciated.

Luna and Callie are chilling after their appointment at Prince Edward Animal Clinic. Dr Valentin was great, and the entire team made us feel welcome . The important point is Luna and Callie were very comfortable at this clinic and with Dr Valentin. I have gone to other places, and Prince Edward far exceeds the others in my opinion. The place is very modern, bright, clean, and welcoming. Destiny, who was at the front desk is wonderful and very helpful. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Turner and the rest of the team here are always so professional and nice! You’re always greeted with a smile as soon as you walk in. I recently brought my new kitten here and everyone from reception, to the assistants, to the vet techs knew him (and my other cat I bring here) by name and were very friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. They always take such good care of our two cats and always email to follow up to make sure everything is okay after appointments. appointments are very smooth and you’re never waiting a long time. 10/10

Expensive clinic but the staff is really good, Dr. Turner is very polite and patient, listens patiently and addresses all concerns. The clinic maintains a friendly environment for the pets to feel comfortable.

Earlier this month my cat had a medical emergency on the weekend and Dr Toman responded very quickly and recommended an emergency veterinary clinic since it was the weekend. The recommendation was excellent and Max was taken great care of. Unfortunately his condition is significant and his days are numbered. Dr. Toman has responded to all my questions and concerns via email quickly and has been very helpful and supportive during this extremely tough time. I have had Max for 12 years and have been living alone with him for the past 8 so the situation has been quite devastating and difficult for me to process but I know that he is getting the best possible care for this last stretch of his life. I can’t thank the Prince Edward staff enough.
