My previous experiences with Parkedale were fantastic however, my first one at Island City identified opportunities for improvement. I did review my experience with the Manager and she indicated that they will make changes on how they will handle future situations to what I experienced. 6 months later I followed up with her and I was very pleased with the conversation, and the efforts the clinic made address the experience I had. I hope my future experiences will reflect these changes with my new fur-ball Peanut.

Polite, friendly and professional staff. They don't push unnecessary vaccinations or other overly done meds/procedures etc. Took the time with both my dogs (different appointments) and Dr. Kellie (who's an awesome vet!!) gave them quite thorough exams. Very reasonable prices as well. Really pleased with my switching over from the vets in the States. Happy to know that Vari is now part of the team!!:). Nice waiting area as well.

Very comparing and compassionate. I came to them as the after hours clinic when our regular Animal Hospital wasn't open when one of our dog's wa dying. They also followed up with us a couple of times and sent a sympathy card.
