Very kind and compassionate. I had to take my dad's sweet 17 year old cat in to be put to sleep today and all of the staff was very kind. Sassy's passing was calm, peaceful, and most importantly pain-free. They were extremely respectful and gentle with handling her, and they made me feel like they really did care. I brought in a clay impression kit and was able to take a few impressions of her paw, and they gave me some ink paw and nose impressions as well. Would 100% recommend for end of life care.

My previous experiences with Parkedale were fantastic however, my first one at Island City identified opportunities for improvement. I did review my experience with the Manager and she indicated that they will make changes on how they will handle future situations to what I experienced. 6 months later I followed up with her and I was very pleased with the conversation, and the efforts the clinic made address the experience I had. I hope my future experiences will reflect these changes with my new fur-ball Peanut.

Polite, friendly and professional staff. They don't push unnecessary vaccinations or other overly done meds/procedures etc. Took the time with both my dogs (different appointments) and Dr. Kellie (who's an awesome vet!!) gave them quite thorough exams. Very reasonable prices as well. Really pleased with my switching over from the vets in the States. Happy to know that Vari is now part of the team!!:). Nice waiting area as well.

You guys were great with Chester the main coon. You were also great with our other 5 cats. Thanks so much for all you do for our fur babies.

took my cat here for a checkup for some bladder issues, was seen by kazzy and dr ben. both so sweet and gentle with the cat, and were very efficient with the service. did an exam and some shots and they were very gentle with my slightly nervous cat. kazzy was particularly good with him and very enthusiastic. will be coming back here if need be.
