I tell everyone to use this vet clinic. I’ve taken all 3 of my dogs and a foster here. The care and compassion I was shown when my senior dog was dying was amazing. Dr. Rob is honest about what he would or wouldn’t do for his dogs, and what he would or wouldn’t spend if he were in the same situation. I’ve never felt that I was pressured for extra services or meds or diagnostics that weren’t required. All the office staff and vet techs are friendly.

Dr. McCleary and his team are absolutely fantastic. Any time I have called with a concern I have been able to be seen same day, and the doctor is always bang on with what he thinks is happening. They are caring and so compassionate with your animal. A year ago I had to put my sweet cat Baby down, and my heart absolutely ached so deeply as I sobbed in the room and they allowed me to take the time to be with him. Very thankful for this office and staff.

I recently took my cat to a local my veterinarian, and I was blown away by the amazing care provided with last minute notice! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making both me and my cat feel comfortable right away. They took the time to thoroughly examine my cat and explained every step of the process, ensuring I understood the treatment options. The compassion and dedication they showed truly made a difference, and I left feeling confident that my furry friend was in the best hands. I was lucky enough to have my pet cared for by the amazing staff at this location. I love how I am never rushed, all my questions are answered and realistic expectations are shared. From the minute you step in you are acknowledged by the friendly staff and your pet is the star of the show. I came by this location during an emergency when my own vet was not able to fit me in and no one else would help my dog. For that I will be forever grateful. This location saw me the very same day and treated my dog successfully. Thank you Durham Vet Clinic… I highly recommend you give them a call
