Had my adult dog in here to get spayed last week. The entire staff were fantastic pre & post -op. My doggie is healing beautifully. They were kind enough to call to check in after the weekend as well. Definitely shows me they take care to be thorough with these procedures and care about how the animals are healing. Great job! I've been coming here 5yrs now. Our little Simba loooves him some Dr. T and is very excited to see her during our annual checkups. Dr. T and her staff are absolutely amazing! Great customer service, reasonable prices, and most importantly, your pet is in great care with Dr. T.

My kitten needed his booster shot and I had lost track of time. He was neutered a month ago. Where did the time go? Hah While looking for a new doctor, I unfortunately had a less than ideal first impression from another vet in town. But, sometimes what doesn't work out for you, in fact, worked out for you! I contacted New Tecumseth Animal Clinic, and I'm so glad that I did. They got back to my email immediately, and I was able to get my kitten in for an appointment a few days later. It went really well. We saw Dr. Dave. He and the rest of the staff were so friendly and easy to talk to. They made me and my kitten feel comfortable which was nice. They treated him gently. He was still scared, but they helped to keep him calm. Everyone answered all the questions I had and made me feel confident in my choice of veterinarian. I'm very happy with my experience. Highly recommended!

Our first time at this veterinarian clinic. All the staff were very attentive to our 15lb kitty. The atmosphere is very relaxed. Our cat Oliver says " two cat thumbs up"

We recently had to put our beloved furbaby to sleep. She was very ill. Dr.T and her wonderful staff were very caring. Gave us lots of time to say our goodbye.
