Second time being there, and it took me four days to get a appointment for my dog who has a rash and was miserable. Only people there when we walked in for them to open the door of the room they put us in and said a emergency came in, they had to operate. This place was dirty and is not a animal hospital.I asked for my dogs records and was told we have a emergency. The person working the desk, could of given us the records. We have copies. Left there went to Pet Smart and went to there Vet like the last time they did us this way. They don't deserve one star should have a zero!
