Today was my pup's first visit at Quail Meadow Animal Hospital and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Front office staff highly personable. So nice to be greeted by a staff person working at a computer with a cat on her lap! That speaks volumes of the work environment. Wait area included a video of animals in nature with their offspring, and soft nature sounds in the background. Very calming environment for potentially stressed pet owners waiting. Dr. Hernandez was on time, very friendly and laughing as she engaged my pup on the floor! She came across as highly knowledgeable and laser focused on providing the best care and experience for my dog.

Excellent advice regarding the prevention of future issues that my Bichondoodle may experience with her mixed breed and possible leg joint complications as she ages. First time here and it was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Hernandez and her staff were all excellent. They were able to fit my cat in the same day I called, and I really appreciated that. The Drs here are truly kind and personable. They showed they are down to earth and funny and smart. Our little Yorkie Poo was having problems and DR. ANDREA HERNANDEZ was right on it and soon after finding our little girl had allergies, quickly came to a decision to give her a shot, and shortly after administering the shot, our little baby finally stopped itching and butt dragging. To top it off we received a phone call the next day asking how our little girl was feeling. If I could give 10 Stars 🌟 I would! Thank you so much for helping little Cora Jean get back to feeling like her cute little self🐾🐶
