I had a great experience at Pet Express Hospital and wanted to share my appreciation. I brought my dog, Oslen, in due to some breathing issues, and from the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly supportive. Josie at the front desk was patient, kind, and really took the time to listen to my concerns, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Barr and Frank were both excellent—they explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and helped guide me toward the best decision for Oslen without any confusion or pressure. I also want to acknowledge the financial advisor (I’m so sorry I forgot her name!) who was just as amazing. She walked me through my options in a very respectful way and never made me feel pressured. I truly felt like the entire team had both my dog’s and my best interests at heart. Overall, it was a very positive experience during a stressful time, and I’m so grateful for the care and compassion we received. I highly recommend Pet Express Hospital to anyone in need of veterinary care.

If I could give 100 stars I would. This is the only place I can ever take my pets. You want people who truly and deeply care about your pets this is where you take them. Each and every person in that building treats your pet likes its theirs. Treat them like they are the patient because they are. A vet who gets on the ground with the animal tells you where their heart lies. No matter what questions you call to ask about. No matter how many times you call. They do their best to get the answer to you and always with patience. They treated my Phosphorus with the utmost care until the very end.

Our puppy was not feeling well and we took her in on Fourth of July. Dr. Outland and her assistant GiGi were so knowledgeable and kind. The ladies at the front desk were extremely nice as well. The clinic was very clean and we were very happy with everything! Hopefully we don’t have an emergency visit in the future, but if we do, we will definitely be back to pet express! Highly recommend!!! Thank you for being so wonderful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We recently brought our dog Milo into Pet Expert Animal Hospital after noticing he had been urinating much more frequently and drinking a lot more water than usual. As any pet owner would understand, that kind of sudden change is concerning, but the team here handled everything with a level of professionalism and care that immediately put us at ease. From the start, the staff was welcoming and efficient, and they were very gentle and patient with Milo. The veterinarian took the time to listen carefully to our concerns and recommended a urine test to better understand what might be going on. What really stood out was how clearly everything was explained—they walked us through the reasoning behind the test, what they were looking for, and what potential causes could be, without making anything feel overwhelming. The process itself was smooth and well-organized, and the clinic was very clean and well-maintained. It’s clear they prioritize both proper diagnostics and the comfort of the animals they treat. Milo was handled with care the entire time, which made a big difference for us. What I appreciated most was the balance between clinical thoroughness and genuine compassion. You can tell they truly care about the well-being of the pets and want owners to feel informed and confident in the care being provided. The front desk staff was amazing , Connie and Natalia and the others were kind. Props to Stephanie and Dr. Johnson who showed compassion and expertise with my cat Maverick. Thanks to them both , they got to the bottom of what was going on with him. If it weren't for these 2, he would not be here. Thank you all at Pet Express.
