They have been with our family through joy and also very hard times, and through it all, it has been with respect, professionalism, knowledge, and lots of care. We can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Dingfelder and Balasky Animal Hospital. From the moment he took our precious golden doodle on, Dr. Dingfelder has been nothing but a blessing. Our dog has needed a lot of care and referrals to other specialized vets as well. Through every procedure and health issue Dr. D has been supportive, professional and accommodating. Today was a perfect example. Arkham had an infection, I called early this morning and they had a full schedule, but when I explained to the receptionist Rhiannon what was going on, she was so kind and compassionate to our dog’s needs. We knew there was going to be a wait because the doctors were all booked for the day, but she encouraged us to come in anyway. Thank goodness we did because as expected, Arkham did have an infection and Dr. Dingfelder took the time, did not rush us out, was so caring and most especially very thorough with his diagnosis of Arkham’s condition. The best move we've ever made for caring and knowledgeable doctors was the move we made to Balasky Animal Hospital.

My mom started using Dr. Dingfelder as her vet before I could walk and talk. Growing up she’d take me to the vet with our pack of animals to see Dr. D, and it was cool because I’d see kids I went to school with, (their parents probably made them come too) but just seeing how the town of Davie and surrounding cities collectively loves and trusts not only Dr. D but the facility itself. From annual vaccinations, to diagnosing my childhood dog with lung cancer, to growth removals, to the new puppy visits, I grew up watching Dr. D be the best most professional, honest, and personable vet. I’m now 22 and got my very own puppy right before my 21st birthday. Dr. D has been the only doctor I trust to take care of my baby. 20 years and counting of him being our vet. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Blitz and I love u Dr. D!!!

I have been taking my dogs to Balasky Animal Hospital for about 20 years! They are simply the best in town! I normally see Dr D or Dr M - they are both kind, understanding, helpful and always take the time to explain everything to me concerning my "fur babies"! I have recommended so many people in my community to them and EVERYONE loves them. All the Dr's, techs, admin and staff are absolutely lovely. Thank YOU, Balasky Animal Hospital, for everything...
