The young lady at the front desk was incredibly warm, welcoming, and compassionate, making a stressful situation so much easier for my family. The veterinary technician was absolutely outstanding patient, gentle, and took the time to make Cookie feel comfortable while explaining everything along the way. Dr. Steele was phenomenal. He thoroughly examined Cookie, quickly diagnosed her with IVDD, and took the time to explain exactly what was happening, the treatment plan, and what we needed to do to give her the best chance at a full recovery. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for our dog gave us tremendous peace of mind. World-class care from start to finish. Everyone treated Cookie as if she were their own, and that’s something you can’t put a price on. If you’re looking for a veterinary team that is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly cares about your pet, I can’t recommend Camelot enough. Can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Pellicane and the Camelot office. Phenomenal care, the loveliest people, and real answers. As much as I don’t love that we had to go see Dr. Pellicane because my dog got an eye ulcer, I am so thrilled that she is who we were referred to. The vet techs are phenomenal as well. And the front desk staff are so sweet. Highly highly recommend.

Dr. Lisa Feinstein is the best Vet I've ever brought my furry babies too. Thorough and thoughtful. Very knowledgeable and compassionate too.

We are beyond grateful for Dr.Pellicane and the team at Camelot Animal Hospital. Our dog was at risk of losing his eye, and we were absolutely terrified. Thanks to Dr. Pellicane’s expertise, quick action, and genuine care, she saved his eyes. She was compassionate, thorough, and took the time to explain everything to us during such a stressful moment. You can truly tell she cares deeply about her patients. We will forever be thankful for what she did for our baby. I highly recommend her to anyone facing a pet eye emergency. ❤️

Amazing!! I wish I went to Dr Feinstein many moons ago. I've been going to another vet for 20 yrs and this was the best move ever! Dr Feinstein and staff welcoming, understanding and down to earth. Love her approach and instantly feel comfortable!
