Fear free certified clinic with excellent care, highly recommend. Brought my cat in for a suspected urinary tract infection after an unpleasant experience at a different clinic. The whole team is very kind and genuinely caring, the exam room are clean, fun and everything is made for your pet to be as comfortable as possible. Dr Cherri is great and technicians very kind and caring too. Best vet experience in Vancouver yet.

I had a very bad experience at this clinic. I took my dog and paid a bill for $386. They sold me a funcol paws blue 30 collar for $12 but when I checked the invoice later the charge was $24.10 I went back and asked for a refund and they told me they didn't do it. I gave them the item as a gift because I think the clinic needs to make more money. I think the prices for the services are too high and they don't recognize their mistakes. I will stop taking my dog to this expensive clinic.

Dr. Cherri is awsome! You can tell she really takes the time to get to know your pet and make them feel comfortable. Our appointment didn't seem rushed and she also gave and explained detailed treatment options for us.

The doctors and staff here are amazing. This is hands down the BEST Veterinary Hospital in the Lower Mainland / Vancouver area. We were going to the Point Grey Veterinary Hospital for a bit but it was a little far. I’m so happy they opened a branch closer to us. Everything is super clean and I feel like everyone really cares and is trustworthy! I’ve been to many different animal hospitals in the past and none of them come close to Fraserview Veterinary. Dr. Carmen and Dr. June are both great!

The quality of service has significantly declined over the past two years. We recently decided to switch vets due to poor communication with the administrative staff. While the doctors are excellent, the overall service lacks attention to our dog’s needs and any sense of personalized care. Despite being long-term clients, we were treated as if we were new customers. Considering the high costs, the quality of service is simply not worth it. We recommend taking your dog elsewhere.
