It has been over three weeks and I still have not received the report for my PPE. Great staff - admin were always friendly and accommodating, which has not been my experience at other clinics! My stars would be higher but a simple pre-purchase exam with no added extras cost me over $800. This was for a horse that was to be used as a trail/pleasure mount. I am from the interior and our prices are about half that. I learned my lesson, ask for the cost before booking !!

Dr. Marielle takes care of both of our horses in Richmond, always ensuring that my wife understands what's going on as well as thoroughly explaining the treatment and best way to move forward with our previous animals! A big thanks for all of the hard work and excellent service received from P & M Vet Services!
