These are wonderful people, and they definitely are appreciated. During the fire evacuation chaos, we were left in a bind with our diabetic cat. The staff were extremely helpful in making sure our guy was well supplied while we waited for the evacuation order to be lifted. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

I brought my kitty to this vet I’m hopes they were going to be great! As I had heard in the past they were amazing. When I brought my kitty to them they seemed annoyed with the cat hair and one of the ladies said she was allergic to cats and dogs.. the medicine they gave me made my cat so very sick and when I informed them of what was going on they said he has an obstruction and they would need to put him under to remove it. Without doing an x-ray or anything. I took him to another vet for a second opinion and they informed me that the reason he was getting sick is because the medicine they gave me is very hard on cats stomachs and it created an infection in his liver. I was also informed I’m not very common but it does happen sometimes. Which I know is not their fault. I was just unhappy with the service I got there and the lack of compassion.

I just had to take my kitten in for her upset tummy. The staff are wonderful, friendly and responsive. They made kitty and myself feel very welcome and assured, as well as prioritised with kitty's care and comfort. They are very professional and gentle. I am very glad and relieved to have gone to this clinic and have decided to make them our designated vet. They gave us some medication to take home and want to stay in contact with emailed updates. Thanks so much!

When other vets judged for being late with 2nd vaccines and gave wait times of 6 weeks or more, Ridge got us in the next day! And they loved my fur nephew!
