Getting ready to set my pup up with one of the vets here, and the young girl at the desk was so polite, accommodating and super helpful. I’ve heard great things about this vet, so I’m quite taken so far at this point. And it’s close to home, has everything in one place. Clients coming and going from the office seemed very happy and gave great feedback. Looking forward to establishing a great relationship with the staff and the best of care for my pup.

I recently had to put down my dog Gunner and the doctor and staff at Horizon were phenomenal. They made a devastating experience much easier on us. When we received his ashes, the cremation services and the Vet office gave us sympathy cards as well. They were so sweet to us and we are forever grateful.

My dog has severe allergies and we moved from Ontario so by the time we got situated his allergies had turned into inflammation and infection. They were so kind and took amazing care of my boy and now he is on the mend with a new food and some antibiotics they were hands down the best veterinary clinic I have ever been to. Thanks very much

I recently moved to this vet , its in close proximity to my house and the staff is so compassionate. Unfortunately with the recent loss of two animalsl , I wish it was under better circumstances but they made it less stressful and gave adequate time to say goodbye . My only complaint was delay with their after hours call center,guy (not the vets fault), I was frantic doing CPR telling him I needed w vet to meet me there now ,my 14 yr old dog couldn't breath, he was asking me questions, then asking me to repeat them, I could have answered later and until I yelled into the phone " I need the vet now, she's dying" he finally connected me ! My dog crossed the rainbow bridge in my arms a block from the vet and they assured me nothing could have changed the outcome. The vet was outside waiting, ready to run with her as he did . He tried ,and tried for me but she was gone , I appreciate all his efforts and I'm sure this is as hard on them . I highly recommend their service , well knowledgeable staff, genuinely compassionate and empathetic. Great location for Redcliff residence , plus a clean peaceful atmosphere for the animals . 10/10

Have been to multiple vets in town and Horizon have been to easiest to deal with. They take great care of both my dogs. Have met and dealt with multiple vets and only have good things to say about all of them.
