10/10 service. I called this morning with an emergency for my senior dog in quite a lot of pain, and not only were they able to get us in on a cancellation, I was absolutely blown away at the level of care and compassion we received today from the phone call to walking out the door. Especially because his primary vet is at another clinic he couldn’t be seen at today (thinking you’ll be seeing us perhaps on the regular now!) Promptly seen by an incredibly knowledgeable and kind vet, and they answered all my questions and more. Loved the little love on his bag of medicine too! Thank you so much!

I cannot thank Dr. Geers and his team enough for their incredible compassion and professionalism during one of the hardest moments in my life. My beloved dog had been battling cancer, and while we did everything possible to prolong his life, the time came to let him go peacefully and free from suffering. Dr. Geers and his team were there every step of the way, providing not only excellence care but also unconditional comfort and support. They made an unimaginably difficult decision feel less overwhelming by creating a peaceful and loving environment for our final goodbye. Their kindness, empathy, and genuine love for animals truly shine, and I will always be grateful for the care and respect they gave to my dog and to me during this painful time. Thank you for everything you did to make a heartbreaking moment a little more bearable.

Took our dog in because she was injured a few months ago, Dr. Geers was so intuitive and honest. Did not need more blood work or extra diagnosing. Our dog is on the mend within a few days of medication and we are so thankful for his approach.

WestVets has been excellent with both of my dogs. They’ve been able to get us in quickly, have been extremely thorough, transparent with their pricing and super kind and gentle to my pups on their bad days. I called them when I couldn’t get into our regular vet, and after the personal service and positive experience we’ve had, they will be our family’s new regular vet!
