Without this vet clinic, my two kittens most certainly wouldn’t be here today. Dr. Bishay and the vet techs went above and beyond when both my kittens were diagnosed with FIP. We caught it early enough & both were saved after a long 92 day treatment of daily injections. This clinic is more like family now and I couldn’t have imagined going through this without them. Thankfully, we are now almost one year clear of them having this horrible disease. I cannot endorse this clinic enough & they will certainly have my family’s clientele for life. Love you all. This isn’t my usual veterinary in Fort but I had an emergency where I had to rush my 12 year old cat in, not only did Dr. Bishay and his team see him immediately.. he helped treat him so that he lived to see beyond that Saturday. I was sure I wasn’t going to be brining him home that day and here we are 2 weeks later with 2 happy kids that we get to spend more time with him. So happy that I got to see Dr. Bishay! Will be returning for future vet needs.

Great care here for my cat who had bladder stones and couldn't urinate. They got me in that day and did the x-rays showing the stones. Dr. Bishay was excellent in providing me with realistic options for not only what tests I could choose to do but treatment for the bladder stones as well. I was very well informed and Dr.Bishay ensured that I was happy with every decision along the way. My cat was in for surgery right away and is doing very well now. Great follow up calls and visit to make sure he was doing well. Staff were very caring and it was very much appreciated.

Once again, Dr. Bishay and ALL the staff from Vet Techs to front counter staff took care of our pets and we are beyond grateful. Last night, they all took a part in helping out 15 yr old Yorkie Neo, cross the Rainbow Bridge. The kindness,compassion and understanding they gave us was beyond amazing. From Dr. Bishay explaining to us what options we had, to the rest of the staff who helped and supported us with all the paperwork, to the kind words, to the support with giving us the time we needed for our son to arrive, we were taken care of in everyway they could help us. Even coming in and taking him from the room when we had all said our good byes, once we were ready. Today, they continued to be amazing when I had to drop off my Kalliopi for dental surgery. They were very patient with me and how emotional I was. We went over all the paperwork, had a pre surgical exam and they kept me informed on how she was after the procedure was completed. Thank you to EACH of you. The kindness and compassion you've show us will never be forgotten and we are all grateful for everything you did for us with Neo last night and with Kalli today. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ----------------------------------------------- What can I say about the amazing humans who work here. They have now helped me a couple times with getting a blood glucose from a cat I am taking care of (when I can't get it at home), while his people are away. They are very patient and they have given me numerous tips on doing it myself. I'm grateful for their kindness and patience with Ollie and myself as he is newly diabetic and we have a big learning curve with taking his blood glucose. Definitely 5 stars and a HUGE THANK YOU for all the help I've received. I cannot begin to express how grateful I am.

My cat recently required emergency surgery after swallowing a piece of string with a sewing needle attached. I can't express how thankful I am that I was at home when this incident occurred, allowing me to get to the clinic within 15 minutes for urgent X-rays and confirmation of the situation. The quick and professional response from the Southfort Vet Clinic team, swiftly preparing for emergency surgery, was a true lifesaver. I genuinely believe this situation could have had a much different outcome if it weren't for the dedicated professionals at Southfort Vet Clinic. I want to convey my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care and compassion they provided to my beloved cat. Their dedication and expertise made an enormous difference during this challenging time.
