They are very quick. Just never go without an appointment since they won't consider taking you in, even if it is a quick question. Also don't think that you can get can appointment within a day or two. Follow me for great feedback about many places around Calgary.

Avoid. Waste of $90 for the vet to spend 10 minutes with me and to tell me my cat was fine when he obviously was not. Negligence. I went to another vet shortly after for a second opinion (I can’t believe I even had to do this). The other vet prescribed antibiotics and probiotics that my cat NEEDED. Front desk people are nice but I don’t trust the doctors. Stay away if you can.

We had a quick checkup and series of annual vaccines. Maggie didn't love the needles, of course, but the vet was really quick so it was over quickly for another year. I also appreciate the great advice to improve Maggie's health in the long term.

**Updating this to a three; had a less than stellar experience when bringing my dog in for dental appointment. So mixed now but am trying a different office. Have had excellent visits here - feel like the vets really listened to my concerns and are always very thorough with my dogs. Vet techs are gentle and interactive. Great experience here.

The ladies at the front desk were very organized and handled my Cayenne and myself with kindness. The doctors went above and beyond and gave me the information that will help me take care of Cayenne with his CKD. Great experience all the way around !
