We have been seeing Dr. Cox a couple of times now, and every visit is a great experience. Even though our cat has a special condition that we are still trying to figure out, Dr. Cox goes above and beyond to try to help him. She is so knowledgeable, and takes a lot of time to explain different treatments and results we are seeing. We greatly appreciate all the time she takes to stay in communication with his other specialist, to try and come up with a treatment plan. We are lucky to have found her!

Really friendly vet. Dr. Cox was great with our anxious dog. He wasn't acting as nervous as he normally does. The vet office was really clean and had an air conditioner/purifier in the room to keep the pets comfortable. Very happy with the care and help to find out what is going on with our dog.

I had my first appointment for my young dog with Dr. Cox yesterday. I cannot say enough good things about how the consultation was handled. Dr. Cox was extremely thorough in her explanation of what would take place, and very realistic about the outcomes we could expect so we could make an informed choice. The staff as well are courteous and friendly. I am very excited to see how my dogs treatment under her care progresses. I would highly recommend this clinic for anyone dealing with allergies and skin issues with their pet. Dr. Cox is very knowledgeable and supportive, I would recommend this clinic to anyone whose pet faces skin and allergy issues. Well worth the drive from Calgary.

Brutus is finally getting the help he needs due to immunotherapy and we couldn't be happier! Big thanks to Dr. Defaulk(sp) and also to Kristen (Kirsten?) from reception. She answers so happily and is such a happy person over the phone it totally makes my day after I get off the phone with her. Thank you all!

Dr. Cox and her team are beyond incredible. My dog had his first visit today and Dr. Cox was informative and kind. I finally feel hopeful that my dog will gain some comfort from his allergies. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful, and it was very apparent they function as a great team with good communication, and they have our itchy family member's best interests in mind.
